Dawn Rohlik, OTR/L, an occupational therapist since 1983, is the founder of Pediatric Possibilities, a private practice in Raleigh, NC. She has worked in a variety of settings in the field of pediatric OT. Her interest, teaching and extensive training are focused on integrating sensory processing disorders, DIR/FloorTime and listening techniques in a multi-disciplinary model using a family oriented developmental approach.
Deann Moser, OTR/L, has been working with children and their families for the past 13 years. Initially working as a Social Worker and case manager, she is now a licensed Occupational Therapist. She has worked with children of various abilities in a variety of settings. She provides Interactive Metronome treatment and listening therapy in addition to her focus on sensory processing and neurological development.
Jenny Terry, MOT, OTR/L, is a graduate of UNC- Chapel Hill where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Sports Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Jenny has spent the last eleven years working as an occupational therapist with children and families in a variety of pediatric settings including early intervention, clinic-based, and school-based services. Jenny’s play-based treatment approach incorporates sensory integration, DIR/Floortime, therapeutic listening, and behavioral strategies as well as fine motor and oral motor skills.
Marialyce Coogan, OTR/L, joined Pediatric Possibilities in June 2008. She has been an Occupational Therapist for 25 years. Though she has worked in a variety of settings, she has primarily focused on the pediatric population working for organizations such as Easter Seals, United Cerebral Palsy and the school system. "Each child is truly a special individual and I love to see what they can accomplish." Her desire is to service the children and their families.
Cherie Newton, OTR/L, has been working with special needs children since high school through volunteer work at Occupational Therapy camps.  She earned a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Dance and Psychology from UNC-Greensboro in 2005, and then went on to receive her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from East Carolina University in 2008.  Before joining Pediatric Possibilities, she was part of an Early Intervention Team providing Occupational Therapy to children ages birth-5 in community settings.  Additionally, Cherie has been teaching dance/movement classes to children for the past 9 years, and continues to teach on the weekends.  Cherie believes in working closely with parents and focusing on the issues that are important to them. 
Lisa O'Connor, MS, CCC/SLP,  has been working with children since 1991 as a speech language pathologist.  Lisa O'Connor, Inc., was formed in 1994.  She received a B.S. from Texas Christian University in Deaf Education and an M.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Speech Language Pathology.  She is licensed by the board of North Carolina and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.  She has worked in a variety of settings including homes, daycares, and schools and with children who have varying communication disorders.  She believes in working with the family as well as the child.

Joan Felton is one of three office assistants here at Pediatric Possibilities.  She provides internal administrative support and records management, and attends to our day-to-day office needs.  Joan feels that her most important role here at Pediatric Possibilities is to help the families that we serve and to make the children feel welcome and loved.  Prior to joining Pediatric Possibilities in August 2008, Joan worked full time as a mom.  Joan holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Theatre from NC Wesleyan College.  She currently resides in Wake Forest with her husband of 14 years and their two children.

Matt Brissette is one of the office assistants here at Pediatric Possibilities, greeting clients as they arrive, making parents and family members feel welcome, and answering any questions they may have. He provides administrative support and records management, as well as any immediate office needs that may arise. Matt is also responsible for keeping therapy rooms and the office clean, organized, and well stocked with supplies. Prior to joining Pediatric Possibilities, Matt worked as a Research Analyst at CAPTRUST, a financial services firm specializing in institutional clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management degree, with a concentration in Finance, from Tulane University.

Kristy Reeves is another of our office assistants.  She is one of the faces of Pediatric Possibilities, greeting clients as they enter the office, making parents feel welcome while they are waiting, and handling the logistics at the end of the visit.  Kristy also supports the therapists in the office by handling their administrative tasks and keeping the therapy rooms clean and well-organized.  Kristy is currently studying to be an Occupational Therapist, and hopes to turn her love for children into a fulfilling career.  She currently resides in Angier, and was recently married.
